Our virtual try on provider (Perfect Mobile Corp.) may collect, capture, store or otherwise process a scan of your face, or any data or information based on that scan, which may include your facial geometry (“Biometric Data”) for the purpose of providing you with a personalized virtual try on experience (the “Service”). Although we will not use this data to identify you, some Biometric Data may be considered sensitive personal data under state privacy laws.
Your Biometric Data will not be stored on any server or system other than the device you use to access the Service, and will be removed from the device after the Service is finished or turned off. Any biometric data used by the Service will be permanently erased at the time you complete your use of the Service.
In order to use the Service, you acknowledge that your action of clicking “Accept” constitutes an informed, express written consent authorizing Perfect Mobile Corp. to process your Biometric Data and/or sensitive personal data for the purpose of providing the Service, in accordance with Perfect Mobile Corp.’s
